FR Cloth Tape (Flame-Resistant Cloth Tape) is a type of adhesive tape made from a durable fabric material that is treated to be flame-resistant. The tape is coated with a heat-resistant adhesive, making it suitable for use in environments where fire safety is a concern.

• Backing: Acetate cloth (highly conformable and hand-tearable).
• Adhesive: Aggressive, thermosetting, rubber-resin.
• Total Thickness: Approximately  888 to 8.25 mil8.25 mil8.25 mil (0.203−0.21 mm0.203 minus 0.21 mm0.203−0.21 mm).
• Temperature Rating: Class A (105∘C105 raised to the composed with power cap C105∘𝐶 or 221∘F221 raised to the composed with power cap F221∘𝐹).
• Dielectric Breakdown: Approx. 1500V1500 V1500V to 2500V2500 V2500V.
• Color: Primarily Black or White.
• Breaking Strength: >30 lb/inis greater than 30 lb/in>30 lb/in.

• As it is made from Rubber adhesive its has good initial tack, highly reliable, economical, high shear resistant and good holding power with metal and rubber. It has a polyester/paper release which makes the tape smooth and easy release.

• For Stereo mounting in stack type flexo machines
• For medium-heavy double side applications
• Temporary mounting for assembly or machining operations
• Print plate mounting
• Carpet installation in house, office or Exhibition halls.

Flexo Printing Cloth Tape made out of cotton cloth and is coated on both sides with strong natural rubber adhesive. This tape is laminated with polyester or paper release liner.
